At Kabir Health & Community Services, LLC, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with diverse needs by providing safe, supportive, and person-centered care across Maryland and Virginia. In Virginia, our licensed Personal Supports Program is regulated by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). This program delivers individualized, in-home and community-based supports that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

In Maryland, we provide two specialized programs licensed through state regulatory agencies:
 

• An Assisted Living Program, licensed by the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ), that delivers personalized care, housing, and support services in a safe, home-like environment.

• A Community Living Group Home for Adults, licensed by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), offering residential supports focused on skill-building, inclusion, and person-centered planning.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the human services field, our Executive Director, Ms. Khadijah Jalloh, ensures that every service we provide meets rigorous standards of quality, safety, and compliance—while honoring the unique goals and preferences of each individual we serve.
